Every Nuts piece is carefully checked before it leaves us. In the unlikely event that something isn’t right, our team is here to make it right.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item.

Once verified by our team, we’ll arrange a full refund to your original payment method, with no additional charges to you.

Need a different size?

If the fit isn’t quite right, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

A 5% exchange handling fee and applicable delivery charges will apply to size exchanges. All exchanges are subject to availability of the requested size.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.
